Cupping therapy involves gliding or parking pressurized silicone cups over the body, ideal for tissue lift and separation. Cupping can work the tissues at a deeper level without the therapist having to place as much downward pressure on the client.

An Ayurvedic foot massage can relax the nervous system, balance energy, relieve pain and increase blood and lymph circulation. It helps with the detoxification of the body and may also help to bring about an improvement in physical and emotional ailments. This is a relaxation treatment using light to moderate pressure along with a Kasa/copper bowl.

The foot treatment alone is 45 minutes. The 60 minute treatment includes ~10 to 15 minute head/neck treatment prior to working on the legs.
