Stephanie Rottler, RMT
Stephanie was born and raised in Northwestern Ontario, surrounded by the forest and lakes. In 2008, she moved to Calgary for work but stayed for the mountains. Ten years later, feeling the pull to work in healthcare, she decided to make a career change and graduated from the Vicars School of Massage Therapy 2200 hr program. First hand experience with the positive effects of massage therapy drew her to the field but working one on one with clients to make change and promote wellness is what drives her.
Stephanie enjoys incorporating active stretching into her treatments and showing clients how they can do these exercises at home to ensure that they can take care of themselves between treatments. She is well versed in deep tissue, relaxation/wellness, dynamic cupping, MFR, therapeutic treatments, and Ayurvedic foot massage and is constantly in search of new techniques to benefit her clients.
